We have implemented all the safety, cleaning and disinfection measures required by the General Health Department and our employees are fully committed to serving everyone who works with us:
- Our employees have full access to masks, gloves and disinfectant gel and use all these means of protection in carrying out their duties;
- All our Guests are also required to wear a mask in the common areas of the Hotel (Decree-Law No. 20/2020). If not, we provide an individual protection KIT at reception with an additional cost.
- We ensure your safety and that of our Receptionists by placing a temporary acrylic on the counter to maintain the necessary distance;
- We provide hand sanitizer at strategic points in the hotel;
- We reinforced the cleaning and disinfection of all the most exposed surfaces (elevators, doors, bathrooms);
- In the breakfast room, we implemented measures to ensure the maintenance of safety distances between our customers. All cleaning, hygiene and disinfection procedures were also redoubled (before, during and after the service). We even provide various means of protection such as: disinfectant wipes, disposable gloves and disinfectant gel.
